Mint Choc Chai Tea

Ingredients: 

Black Tea (Camellia sinensis), Peppermint (Mentha Piperita)*, Cacao Nibs (Arriba Criollo)*, Cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Cloves (Sysygium aromaticum),  Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Natural Flavour, Monk fruit (Siratia grosvenorii)*

Every cup of tea will provide you with 10% of your RDI of iron, add a slice of lemon to this tea to achieve even higher absorption.  

Preparation:

HOT TEA: Place 1-2 teaspoons in a teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve with honey or lemon to taste.  Serve with or without milk.

ICED TEA:  Place 1 teaspoon per cup in a teapot. Add cold water and allow to steep for 15-20 minutes for desired strength. Add ice and serve.
