Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located in the historic little Waikato town of Te Aroha. All orders are shipped from this location. Our shop is online only which is the best way our team can be available for you to shop 24/7.
How do I brew herbal tea properly?
Use freshly boiled water, and steep 1 tsp of loose leaf or 1 tea bag per cup, for 3–10 minutes depending on the strength you desire. While longer steeping can extract more flavour and beneficial compounds, it can also lead to increased bitterness due to the release of tannins.
How do I make iced tea?
It's so easy! Many herbal teas make excellent iced drinks, perfect for non-alcoholic cocktails, drinks for fussy children and general summer hydration. Just a few methods are; Prep Option 1: Brew a shallow hot cup as normal then add cold water from the fridge. Let it steep to desired strength. Add ice. Prep Option 2: Make a brew with cold drinking water and steep in the fridge for a couple of hours or until desired strength is achieved. Serve with ice and/or favourite mixes for cocktails. Prep Option 3: Put ice into a bowl and sprinkle the tea over the top. Drink when all ice has melted. (Koridashi tea method).

Courier is via NZ Post, non-signature delivery. Free delivery for orders over $99! Orders under $99: North Island towns $8.50 North Island + rural delivery $14.20 South Island towns $12.50 South Island + rural delivery $18.20
